Items are processed, packaged and posted (via our chosen courier) within 10-14 working days. Although we aim to keep within this time scale, this can vary depending on a number of factors, so if you order is for a specific date, please inform us of this in the notes in the checkout process.

Although we aim to keep within this time scale, and usually much quicker this can vary depending on a number of factors, so if you order is for a specific date, please inform us of this in the notes in the checkout process.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
We do not accept returns on any of our "made-to-order/personalised" products, except in the instance of damage during transit, or a mistake made on our behalf.  

 

If a spelling error has been made by the customer upon placing the order, the customer is responsible for the full cost of a replacement item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
